About.....Taureau is a very impressive powerfully built mahogany
sable Belgian bred male. He is an excellent jumper with powerful,
punishing grips. His biting technique typifies the Belgian style
grip behavior. Always full, always calm and always, always, extreme.
The harder he is worked, the harder he gets. Fernando Dosta, decoy at
the 2007 Coupe de France commented on how Taureau gets stronger as the
fight comes on. What impresses the decoys that have worked him is
the power that he puts into each and every grip. He will
definitely bring the fight to you.
When I
purchased Taureau after the 2006 NARA Cup, I did so after evaluating his
temperament and body of work over a one week period. I was
impressed with his stability and fortitude. He can consistently
put up big scores under difficult trial situations. Even to the
point of breeding, 5 hours before the 2006 NARA Cup and still winning
the event by 20+ points!
Taureau is
the epitome of what we believe the Belgian Malinois temperament should
be. Stable in social situations but naturally protective and clear
headed. He excels at the sport of French Ring and has such extreme
prey drive, that he would have been a great Schutzhund prospect as well.
He exhibits power in the jumping and has probably some of the best
retrieves in French Ring today. We believe that these behaviors,
as well as the grip work (always paramount), are the best foundations
for working Malinois. Taureau would be an asset to any breeding
program, bringing stable temperament, extreme working ability and
impressive conformation.

breeding program. Without their help this would not have been
possible. |
